The Q.E.D., a fabulous yacht-commuter designed by William Atkin in conjunction with its owner, the legendary aircraft genius Tony Fokker. Built by Consolidated in 1938, she was state-of-the-art, composite construction. Unfortunately, she burned and sank after two seasons use.
